For some time we couldn’t play flash content in our browsers on Android devices. Yesterday I was in situation where I needed to play video from one website. At first I hoped they had the player adapted to HTML5. Unfortunately, the website from where I needed to play video had only a flash player – and here was a problem I needed to solve.

unknown-sourcesSolving this problem was much simpler and much faster! Direct on the Adobe website are archives where is available to download .apk installation files of Adobe Flash Player.

Before installation is necessary to allow the installation of applications from “Unknown sources” in Android Settings > Security, only after this step we can start the installation of Flash Player.

After installation, check the settings in the browser that you have allowed the extensions. If your problem with flash content continues go to browser menu and check “Request desktop site”.
